Your digital information is securely stored on our password protected systems. Information on paper forms is stored in a locked cabinet.

 

We store your personal information on a double-password protected computer for up to 6 years unless you ask us to remove it. Removal is done by deleting it from all systems, including our customer booking & billing system, and our computer systems. Paper forms containing your personal data are destroyed and securely disposed of.
