2-1 Personal Training

A dedicated session for two people to train and achieve their fitness goals together, guided each step of the way by a personal trainer on you own personalised programs tailored to you. Our professional trainer will motivate and inspire you to bring out your best, combining expert coaching with accountability to help you and your partner reach new heights - together.
